We are 4 guys to make this short.<br />
We used Maya for all the pipeline, except Shave for Hair.<br />
Rendering achieved with Mental Ray... and a few touch of compositing with Digital Fusion for motion correction and Photoshop for stills...<br />

I used Maya for modeling and rigging.I rendered this image with Mental Ray for Ambient Occlusion.The most difficult part was the lightning and shading<br />
